Inspired by yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic, this gentle movement class will help you ease the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period. Using a mix of seated chair and standing movements, this class will work on improving your body awareness, core support, balance, and mobility- all of which are valuable to the pre and postnatal period. Non-crawling babies welcomed (please bring a blanket for them to relax on).
