Newborn Prep with Jenny Block, Postpartum Doula $20.00 per couple. This newborn care prep class is full of practical ideas on how to make the time after birth nourishing, bonding and supportive.  Essential postpartum topics will be covered including newborn care, newborn sleep patterns, and setting up your home for post-baby life. This program is recommended for expectant persons and their partners or support people.
